Your twice-weekly dose of Hudson Valley business intelligence, AI insights, and profit opportunities for growth-stage entrepreneurs.

A nutrition plan designed uniquely for you

Tired of diet plans that don't consider your unique lifestyle or health needs? Real, lasting change comes from a strategy tailored specifically to you.

That’s why Fay connects you with a professional Registered Dietitian for true 1-on-1 coaching.

Your dietitian will work with you to create a sustainable plan that aligns with your personal health goals, whether you're managing a condition like PCOS or just want to feel your best. They consider your preferences and routines to design a strategy that actually works, using clinically proven methods like meal planning and journaling.

It’s time to stop guessing and start getting guidance that’s 100% personalized.

This Week's Vibe

We've talked about work ethic. We've talked about networking. The truth is, our region is full of capable entrepreneurs, but too often we operate in silos.

This week I was reminded why. I spoke with a local podcaster about being a guest, only to be told I didn't meet his "successful gauge." Totally subjective, of course, based on what he deemed success. Here's the irony: I once ran an agency many times bigger than his, but I was visionary enough to see the future.

That kind of gatekeeping is exactly what keeps our networks small. Real growth comes from building better tables, not keeping the chairs locked up.

Which is why I'm all in on bringing back The Weeks Weekly as the podcast platform to feature all the awesome entrepreneurs from the Hudson Valley and beyond!

Local Love: Impact & Legacy

For me, this is personal. I've lived here my whole life. Too often, I encourage my kids to leave for "bigger" opportunities. That doesn't sit right with me.

I want the Hudson Valley to become a place of exceptional business, where the next generation thrives without moving away. AI gives us that chance, not just as a tool, but as a movement to put our region on the map.

Which is why I'm launching the Hudson Valley AI Readiness Report.

Community Voices

"Networking isn't dead. It just needs to be rebuilt one honest conversation at a time." – from a recent HV Vibes call

And from an email that hit my inbox this morning: "I was thinking of ways to network and looking for speaking engagements. Do you have any suggestions or know who allows speakers to come in?"

👉 If you know an organization that brings in outside speakers or you're looking yourself, hit reply! Let's share opportunities. This is how real networking starts: not gatekeeping, but opening doors.
